These terms apply to all orders placed on www.bierkellertables.com. Please read them before ordering. Last updated: 16 October 2026.

This website is run by Bierkeller Tables, 22 Bower Road, Harrogate. Email: info@bierkellertables.com.

Our products

Our tables and benches are genuine used items. Some are sold as-is, straight from Germany, and some are restored. Each piece is unique, so colour, marks and signs of wear may differ from the photos. This is not a fault.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Your order

After you order you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Our contract with you starts when we confirm the order. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we’ll let you know and refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver within the UK. Delivery charges and timescales are on our Payment & Delivery page. Because of the size of our products, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery before dispatch. Please check items when they arrive and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page. This does not affect your legal rights.

Our responsibility to you

We’re responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We’re not responsible for business losses where you buy as a consumer. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Using our products safely

Please use tables and benches on level ground and as intended.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
