Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your Bierkeller tables and benches. This page explains your rights if you change your mind or if something isn’t right.
Our products are used
Our tables and benches are genuine used items from German beer halls and festivals. Some are sold as-is, straight from Germany, and some are restored. Marks, scuffs and signs of age are part of their character and are not a fault.
Changing your mind (14 days)
If you bought online, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To cancel, email us at info@bierkellertables.com with your order number.
- Please return the items within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
- Items should be returned in the condition you received them.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. Because of their size, they cannot be posted in the normal way. We can arrange collection by our courier – contact us for a quote.
- We will refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the items back (or proof you have sent them).
- We may reduce your refund if the items have been damaged or handled more than necessary to inspect them.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged, or is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will cover the cost of returning a faulty item.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few working days to appear.
Business customers
The 14-day cancellation right applies to consumers. If you are buying for a business (for example a bar or restaurant), please contact us before returning anything.
