What we collect
- Orders: your name, billing and delivery address, email, phone number and order details.
- Accounts: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
- Contact form and emails: your name, email, phone number and message.
- Website use: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and cookies (see below).
We do not store your card details. Payments are processed securely by PayPal.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order (to perform our contract with you).
- To answer your questions (our legitimate interest in responding to you).
- To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).
- To keep the website secure and working (legitimate interest).
We do not send marketing emails unless you have agreed to receive them.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us run the business: our delivery courier, payment providers, website hosting provider and accountant. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Contact enquiries are kept for up to 12 months unless they lead to an order. You can delete your account at any time.

We use cookies needed for the shop to work, such as keeping items in your basket and keeping you logged in.
